Veneers can help with:

Veneers or Composite Bonding?
Veneers are made in a laboratory, need some preparation of the tooth and suit more complex or full-smile cases. Composite bonding is applied directly to the tooth, needs little or no preparation and can be repaired if it chips.

Your Veneer Appointments
We assess your teeth, gums and bite, talk through the look you want and give you a written plan with prices. We often recommend a hygiene appointment and teeth whitening first, so your veneers are matched to the shade of your natural teeth.
We prepare the front of each tooth under local anaesthetic, take impressions or scans and protect the teeth while your veneers are made.
We check the shade, shape and fit of your veneers with you before they are bonded in place.

Are veneers permanent?

Do veneers hurt?
The teeth are numbed with local anaesthetic for preparation, so you should feel pressure but no pain. Some sensitivity afterwards is normal and usually settles.
How many teeth do veneers cover?
It depends on your goals. Some patients have a single veneer, others have several teeth treated. We recommend the number that gives the most balanced, natural result.
Can I have veneers if my teeth are not straight?
Sometimes minor alignment issues can be addressed with veneers. In other cases Invisalign first gives a better long-term result. We assess this at your consultation.
